EasyChange Terms of Service
EasyChange provides a currency conversion service. By using the application, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of Service
EasyChange is an informational currency conversion tool. Exchange rates are for reference only and may not reflect exact market values. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on the information provided.
2. Accounts and Subscriptions
The app does not require account creation. Premium subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on the platform. Billing, renewal, and cancellation terms are governed by the respective store's policies. RevenueCat handles subscription management.
3. Content and Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and code of EasyChange are the property of their creators. Exchange rates come from third-party sources (ExchangeRate-API, Banco Central de Cuba, ElToque, ForexRateAPI) and are subject to their own terms.
4. Advertising
The free version displays ads through Google AdMob. Premium subscribers do not see ads. Users in Cuba are excluded from advertising.
5. Service Limitations
EasyChange is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of rates. The service may experience interruptions due to maintenance or failures in external data sources. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access for users who abuse the service.
6. Privacy
Your data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with the new date. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
